Isabella Vrana was established by Isabella in 2015 during her uni degree. We are now a team of 4 women working out of our studio in East London. Olivia is a recent graduate and our Creative Assistant. Mia is our buyer who sources many of our best vintage pieces. Ray is our graphic designer who creates all our cute graphics!
Yes! We will primarily be selling our own designs through our site from now on. All new releases and restocks will at first be for sale on our site, and if stock remains then then we will add them to our depop shop after a few days so you can bundle with vintage items. Don't worry, we will still be focusing our vintage energy on Depop and will continue listing daily on there as usual. Head to our depop (@bellavrana) to check it out !

Yes you can - please refer to the exchange section in our policies for all our information on exchanges.
Because we are a slow fashion brand, we take time with our restocks. Make sure to sign up to our mailing list to never miss a restock as they can sell out quickly.

You can find your tracking number on your shipment confirmation email on your inbox ! All items are sent recorded with Royal Mail. Please reach out to us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame.

No we don't ! We believe all of our pieces are timeless & season-less, we value them so much that we don't believe they should ever be on sale ! Sales encourage impulse buying & waste, which we are trying to limit as much as possible so you love each piece as much as we do.

UK Shipping
- UK orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail
- We offer standard + express options
- We aim to ship within 2 working days of your order being placed
- You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has shipped, if you can't locate this email please check your junk
International shipping
- We aim to fullfill all orders within 2 working days
- International orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail and its carrier partners. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks
- We currently offer DHL EXPRESS shipping to the USA, Canada and Australia and are working to expand this. This service delivers within 2-3 working days
- The customer is responsible for any customs charges associated with their order.
Returns & Exchanges
We like to encourage thoughtful buying and hope you take careful consideration before purchasing with us, as returns and exchanges have a negative impact on our environment. We do have a store in London where you can shop & try on in-person. However, we understand that sometimes an item isn't right and we can arrange an exchange or return under the following conditions:
- 14 days of delivery - just email us within this period to be eligible.
- Sale/discounted items are final (excluding bundles such as the slinky capri offer)
- Request pre-approval before sending items back; unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Exchanges
- We don't hold stock - please repurchase your size if available
- Once your exchange is approved, we'll refund the original item price
- No handling fee applies
Returns
- £5 handling fee per item applies, deducted from the final refund
- International customers are responsible for covering return shipping + any import taxes due on the returned product
We aim to process returned parcels within 10 working days of receiving them at our studio.
Faulty items
Everything we ship out is hand checked by us in our studio. We always strive for a high standard of quality for our pieces, however occasionally some things fall through the cracks and we would always rather know. We are happy to resolve any quality issues you may have, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your request.
